FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSE REQUIRED
WARNING: Federal law requires that all firearms must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer. It will only ship once Battle Creek Armory has received a copy of your local FFL'S license. First step is to contact the FFL dealer you would like us to send your firearm(s) to. Second make sure they are not closed for business or are not receiving transfers. Don’t assume a dealer will receive a firearm for you, contact them first! BCA will not be responsible for packages returned to us that are refused delivery, and you will be liable for additional shipping charges to re-ship your order. For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on firearms, thus all firearms sales are final unless otherwise noted. It is your duty to get a hold of your local FFL and provide us with a copy of their license via email or fax. Please email their FFL license to [email protected] or you can FAX their license to 952-500-9592 (M-F 10am-6pm) If your FFL has any questions they can call us at 952-500-9455. Once we have a copy of your dealer’s FFL license we will ship the item to their address only no exceptions. It is your responsibility to know your laws so make sure you're legal to own and have the proper documents to complete the transaction.
